Students are expected to attend classes regularly. Repeated absences without valid reason may lead to removal from the batch to ensure the learning pace and environment for all participants.
Any fees paid for courses are non-refundable. The only exception is if a class or course is officially cancelled by NextVision instructors, in which case a full refund for that specific class/course will be processed.
All notes, resources, study materials, or recordings (if provided) are for your personal educational use only within the context of the course. You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, or sell these materials to anyone outside the registered batch.
A conducive learning environment is paramount. All students are expected to maintain discipline, show mutual respect towards instructors and fellow students, and behave professionally during all sessions, whether online or offline.
Official updates, announcements, and communications regarding courses will be shared primarily via designated WhatsApp groups or on our official website (www.Nextvision.ltd). It is your responsibility to regularly check these channels for updates.
Registration for a course does not automatically guarantee a seat. Seats are limited and will be confirmed by a NextVision admin upon successful processing of your application and payment. Batches may close for new registrations once they are full.
If you are attending online sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and a quiet environment conducive to learning. Technical difficulties on the student's end are generally not grounds for refunds or special considerations.
NextVision reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or adjust class timings, content, or instructors if necessary. We will provide prior notice of any such changes to all registered students through our official communication channels.
NextVision reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your consent to the new terms.
